      The old code retrieved and cleared the entity lists, then tried to retrieve the lists again to spawn them. This changes it to use the previously obtained list.

      correct Mojang IDs. NotePitchRegistryModule would create its own
      objects with wrong Mojang IDs. This commit rewrites
      NotePitchRegistryModule to use the NotePitch objects from NoteUtils.
      
      Fixes SpongePowered/SpongeCommon#2128.
